The Annual Meeting of Dragon stockholders will be held at Suite 2808, International Chamber of Commerce Tower, Fuhua Three Road, Shenzhen, China at 2:00 p.m. local time. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 26, 2008 will be entitled to vote on the election of directors.
