Comtech Group Registration Statement Declared Effective by SEC



SHENZHEN, China, Feb. 4  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comtech Group, Inc.
(NASDAQ:COGO), a leading module design solutions provider in China focused on
the mobile handset and telecom equipment industries, announced today that the
Securities and Exchange Commission has declared effective the company's
registration statement on Form S-1 which covers the resale by certain selling
stockholders of up to 6,365,417 shares of common stock, including 1,365,417
shares underlying outstanding options and warrants.
