Bunge Limited Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend 


WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Oct. 15  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bunge Limited (NYSE:
BG), an integrated, global agribusiness and food company, announced that its
Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per
share.  The dividend is payable on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 to shareholders
of record on Tuesday, November 16, 2004.  The Company had 110,194,486 common
shares outstanding on September 30, 2004.
