Strategic Hotels & Resorts Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend on Shares of Common Stock; Declares First Quarter Dividend

CHICAGO, March 15  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:BEE), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share of common stock, which represents a 4.5 percent increase to its quarterly dividend payments. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Friday, March 31, 2006. The dividend will be paid on April 20, 2006.
