Venoco, Inc. 3rd Quarter 2005 REVISED DATE for Earnings Release and Conference Call

CARPINTERIA, Calif., Nov. 14  /PRNewswire/ -- Venoco, Inc. has rescheduled its conference call to Thursday, November 17, 2005 due to critical data communications failure over the weekend.  Venoco's third party provider lost a major data processing line in Northern California, which cut off access to data necessary to complete an internal and external financial review prior to the filing of a 10Q with the SEC.
