Trinity Industries, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

DALLAS, March 3  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE: TRN) today declared a quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share on its $1.00 par value common stock. The quarterly cash dividend, Trinity's 180th consecutive, is payable April 30, 2009 to stockholders of record on April 15, 2009.
