17 November 2003 - London, UK:  Spring Group Plc ("Spring" or the "Company"),
confirms that the disposal of its IT training business ("Spring IT Training"),
announced on 28th October 2003, has now been completed following the approval of
Spring's independent shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on
14th November 2003.
