Sarebbe in arrivo la prima offerta per i giornali locali di Gedi. Secondo quanto risulta a milanofinanza.it, la cordata guidata da Enrico Marchi (Finint) annuncerà a breve la proposta per rilevare gli asset in vendita dalla controllata di Exor.
Si tratta dei quotidiani locali del nordest Il Piccolo, Il Messaggero Veneto, La Nuova Venezia, La Tribuna di Treviso, Il Corriere delle Alpi e Il Mattino di Padova. Resterebbero fuori dal pacchetto la Gazzetta di Mantova e la Provincia Pavese.
I componenti della cordata sono la stessa Finint, Sit (quotata), Zanatta (Tecnica Group), il presidente di Confindustria Veneto Enrico Carraro, Carel Industries, il presidente di Acciaierie Venete Banzato e Video Media VI. La struttura dell'offerta è quella di un club deal.
