HAMILTON, Bermuda, Feb. 17  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SFL's Preliminary Fourth
Quarter and Financial Year 2004 results will be released on Wednesday February
23rd, 2005. In connection with this a teleconference / webcast will be held as
described below:

A conference call will be held at 04:00 P.M. CET (Norwegian time) on Wednesday
February 23rd, 2005. The presentation will be available to download from the
