Mediobanca Banca di Credito Finanziario SpA (MB.MI), set to present its strategic plan Friday, will announce that it will sell stakes in Assicurazioni Generali SpA. (G.MI), Telecom Italia (TIT.MI) and RCS MediaGroup SpA (RCS.MI), the Financial Times reported Thursday.

A June 16 Reuters story said Mediobanca plans to eventually exit all of its "strategic holdings" other than Generali.
