Portman Releases Corporate Governance Charters, Policies
And Codes of Conduct
Earlier this year the Portman Limited (ASX: PMM) Directors resolved that PMM
would adopt in full, the "Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best
Practice Recommendations" published in March 2003 by the ASX Corporate
Governance Council. Accordingly, various charters, policies and codes of
conduct were developed in conjunction with PMM's legal advisors and final
versions thereof were approved by the Board on 27 November 2003.
The detailed charters, policies and codes of conduct will be posted to PMM's
website (www.portman.com.au) today on the Corporate Governance page. For people
who do not have access to the internet, copies of these documents may be
obtained from the Company Secretary, Mr Geoff Clifford.
