L'assemblea degli azionisti di Promotica ha approvato, tra l'altro, il bilancio d'esercizio al 31 dicembre 2021, che chiude con ricavi di vendita a 36 milioni circa, rispetto a 56,7 milioni del 31 dicembre 2020, un Ebitda pari a 2,1 milioni, rispetto a 6,8 milioni al 31 dicembre 2020 e un utile netto pari a 1,2 milioni, rispetto ai 4,5 milioni dell'anno precedente.
L'assemblea ha, inoltre, approvato la proposta del Cda di attribuire il risultato d'esercizio pari a 1.223.397,97, euro per 699,89 euro alla riserva legale, raggiungendo così il quinto del capitale sociale; per 51.701,68 euro alla riserva utili su cambi non realizzati e per 1.170.996,40 euro alla riserva straordinaria
