                                Transfer to AIM


The Board of Planit Holdings plc ("Planit" or the "Company") announces that it
intends to apply to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") for the cancellation of
its listing of the entire issued ordinary share capital from the Official List
of the UKLA ("Official List") and to apply to the London Stock Exchange for
admission to trading on AIM on 22 January 2003 and that the Company's listing on
the Official List will be cancelled on the same day.


The directors believe that Planit's growth strategy can be more cost effectively
accommodated on the AIM market, given the Group's size.
