                               HOLDING IN COMPANY


The Company was notified on 24 April 2003 by Prudential plc that certain
companies within the Prudential plc group of companies no longer have a
notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. These
companies are M&G Group Limited, M&G Investment Management Limited and M&G
Limited.

In addition, certain companies within the Prudential plc group of companies
continue to have a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company and these are set out below:
