(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor Plus) - Roma, 03 gen - Il gruppo Olidata ha assunto 41 nuove risorse nel corso del 2023 portando l'organico a 130 dipendenti. E' quanto si legge in una nota del gruppo di information technology. Il rafforzamento dell'organico, sottolinea la società, è "un passo fondamentale per prepararsi alle nuove opportunità che già attendono Olidata nel 2024, consolidando e rafforzando ulteriormente la propria strategia di sviluppo e crescita".
Tra i nuovi ingressi privilegiati i giovani: l'età media delle nuove risorse è di 35 anni e abbassa l'età media aziendale a 39. "La squadra di lavoro si arricchisce così di nuove figure professionali e competenze - ha affermato Cristiano Rufini, amministratore delegato di Olidata - Formare e guidare le nostre risorse è la chiave per costruire il nostro futuro; un futuro dove anche le prossime generazioni dovranno essere protagoniste".
