Nell'Offerta lanciata da Openjobmetis su massime 325.065 azioni proprie pari al 2,37% del capitale, sono state portate in adesione 3.568.654 azioni, pari al 26,03% del capitale.
L'offerta, spiega una nota, prevede l'applicazione, in caso di superamento del quantitativo massimo di azioni oggetto della stessa, del Riparto secondo il metodo "pro-rata", in virtù del quale la Società acquisterà da tutti gli Aderenti la medesima proporzione di Azioni da questi ultimi apportate all'Offerta. Tenuto conto dei risultati definitivi dell'Offerta, il Coefficiente di Riparto definitivo è pari al 9,109%.
