Euronext NV said Tuesday that it has acquired technology businesses from Nexi SpA for 57 million euros ($59.3 million) in cash.
The pan-European market exchange said the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2022.
The company said the transaction will be made through its subsidiaries MTS and Euronext Securities Milan.
