MILAMO (MF-NW)--Il Cda di Mondo Tv ha approvato l'emissione di un prestito obbligazionario convertibile riservato a Clg Capital Llc di valore nominale complessivo pari a massimi 7.500.000 euro in 3 anni con contestuale emissione di warrant.
Il Cda, si legge in una nota, ha inoltre approvato la copertura integrale delle perdite pregresse di 55.994.861 euro mediante utilizzo delle altre riserve per 7.004.492 euro, del fondo sovrapprezzo azioni per 37.364.925 euro, della riserva legale per 3.763.413 euro e mediante riduzione del capitale sociale di 7.862.031. Il nuovo capitale sociale post assemblea sarà pertanto pari ad 21.258.059 ripartito in 60.541.298 azioni senza valore nominale espresso.
