Liberate Reiterates Offer to Buy USA Truck

Cash Offer of $21 Per Share 


PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 29  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Liberate Technologies (NASDAQ:LBRT) today released the following statement in response to the press release issued by USA Truck, Inc. (NASDAQ:USAK) relating to the offer to acquire USA Truck made by Liberate.

"Liberate has made a serious written offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the stock of USA Truck at a price of $21 per share, all cash, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the letter that we provided to USA Truck. The letter provided to USA Truck was attached to the press release that Liberate released yesterday.
