International Specialty Products Acquires the Business of Biochema Schwaben
WAYNE, N.J., Mar. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Specialty Products
Inc. ("ISP") today announced that, through its subsidiaries, it has acquired the
business of Biochema Schwaben ("Biochema"). Biochema is a recognized formulator
of preservatives and biocides for industrial and personal care applications with
a reputation for customer service and new product development. Using a
combination of research and development and in-house blending spanning more than
five decades, Biochema has developed a wide range of products with applications
primarily in printing, paints and coatings, polymer emulsions, skin care and
hair care markets. Biochema has customers in 40 countries and its headquarters
and manufacturing facility are located in Bavaria, Germany.
