Peter Rizzo Appointed CEO of I.C. Isaacs 


NEW YORK, Dec. 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- I.C. Isaacs & Company, Inc. 
(BULLETIN BOARD: ISAC) , designer and marketer of the Marithe & Francois Girbaud
brand of jeanswear and sportswear, today announced that following a unanimous
vote by the Board of Directors, Peter Rizzo has been appointed CEO of the
Company.

Prior to joining I.C. Isaacs, Mr. Rizzo was President and Vice Chairman of
Bergdorf Goodman, President of Polo Retail at Polo Ralph Lauren and Executive
Vice President and Head Merchant of Barneys New York.  Mr. Rizzo has worked
within the apparel industry for 26 years.

Staffan Ahrenberg, Chairman of I.C. Isaacs, said, "We are very pleased that
Peter is joining our company.  He is one of the industry's leading product
people and an exceptionally talented retail and merchandising executive.  His
management experience at Bergdorf Goodman and Barneys, as well as his success in
