AGM Statement

Independent Media Distribution plc ("IMD" or "the Company") announces that all
of the resolutions put to its AGM on 28 May 2003 were duly passed.



David Haynes, Executive Chairman, made the following statement:



"Sales in 2003 to date are up overall by 20%.  Core revenue from radio
advertising and programming maintains its growth reflecting the continuing
launch of new radio stations and the competitive position of the industry in
attracting advertising.  A very important contributor to the total sales growth
has been the music videos for the TV industry.  This new revenue source has
proved most popular with the music industry and TV stations and is already the
major method of servicing the TV industry.



"Profit margins continue to improve reflecting the benefits the Company is
achieving from its ongoing technical development strategy and the cash position
has increased to #2.5 million from #2.0 million at the beginning of the year.
Further plans for the expansion of TV services will be reported on in the
half-year report"
