Circular re proposed reduction of share capital and
cancellation of share premium account
The Company will today post to its shareholders copies of the above document,
which includes notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 2
February 2004. The purpose of the proposed reduction of share capital and
cancellation of share premium account is to allow the payment of dividends when
the Board considers it to be in the best interests of the Company.
The Company gives notice that a copy of the circular has been submitted to the
UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK
