Great American Family Parks Completes $3.3 Million Financing
BOISE, Idaho, June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Great American Family Parks,
Inc. (OTC:GFAM), a company focused on rolling-up profitable regional theme
parks in the U.S., announced today that it raised gross proceeds of $3,338,400
in a private offering to accredited and institutional investors. First Montauk
Securities Corp. of Red Bank, New Jersey, member NASD, acted as the exclusive
placement agent for the financing.
Dr. Larry Eastland, President of Great American Family Parks, stated, "Proceeds
of this financing were used to fund our first acquisition of Wild Animal
Safari, Inc., which closed this month, and for general working capital
purposes. We believe that we are now on track to create a unified and
