Gibus, il brand italiano del settore outdoor design di alta gamma, quotata su Euronext Growth Milan e fondata nel 1982, ha emesso un prestito obbligazionario per complessivi 5 milioni di euro denominato "Minibond Gibus 2023-2030".
Le nuove risorse finanziarie, informa una nota, sono indirizzate al sostegno dei piani di sviluppo e di rafforzamento della presenza di Gibus nel mercato tedesco.
Nell'ottobre 2022 il Gruppo ha infatti acquisito il 100% del capitale sociale di Leiner Gmbh, con l'obiettivo di consolidare la presenza internazionale, aumentando la penetrazione nei mercati di riferimento (Germania e Benelux) e integrando la propria offerta con nuovi prodotti, su cui Leiner ha sviluppato un significativo track record. Leiner è infatti da molti anni, in qualità di inventore del sistema brevettato Sunrain per la protezione dal sole e dalla pioggia, leader di mercato in tale segmento.
