Corporation  (BULLETIN BOARD: EDAC.OB) , a designer and manufacturer of tools,
fixtures, jet engine components, injection molds and spindles, has scheduled its
annual meeting of shareholders for May 4, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. local time and its
record date for voting at the annual meeting as April 2, 2004.  The Company
anticipates mailing proxy materials to its shareholders on or about April 7,
