Amdocs CEO to Discuss the Need to Understand This Authority Shift Phenomenon at InTouch2005
ATLANTA, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- (InTouch2005)-- Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of software and services to enable integrated customer management and the intentional customer experience(TM), will open today InTouch2005, a customer summit attended by executives from the leading telecom, broadband cable, satellite and high tech companies from around the world.
