is pleased to announce that it has signed Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreements
with Julio Torres, a distributor of Software Products to sell and support
Digital's Virtual University Appliance (VUA) in Chile and Peru.

penetrate the South American markets and provides further validation of the
international applicability of the product.  We expect to grow our worldwide
dealer network rapidly, utilizing the VAR model to gain market penetration and
