L'assemblea degli azionisti di Comer Industries, società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di sistemi avanzati di ingegneria, ha approvato il bilancio di esercizio della società al 2022 che si è chiuso con un utile di 38 milioni di euro, unitamente alla proposta del cda di distribuire un dividendo pari a 0,75 euro per azione.
Nella stessa sede, si apprende da una nota, i soci hanno nominato il collegio sindacale, nelle persone di Luigi Gesaldi (presidente), Francesca Folloni e Massimiliano Fontani (sindaci effettivi) e di Corrado Baldini e Ilaria Pingani (sindaci supplenti) e poi approvato il regolamento assembleare.
E' stato altresì dato l'ok al progetto di ammissione a quotazione delle azioni ordinarie della società su Euronext Milan, organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana, con conseguente richiesta di revoca dalle negoziazioni delle azioni ordinarie su Euronext Growth Milan.
