Cohen & Steers, Inc. Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, Nov. 5  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2009 in the amount of $0.05 per share of common stock.  The dividend will be payable on December 29, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 4, 2009.
