The following relates to the "Additional Listing" announcement released 22nd
September 2003 under RNS number 0267Q.

Additional Listing - Details

Please be advised that the names of the unapproved and approved share option
schemes for which application was made to the UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting are the Unapproved Share Option Scheme
and the 1994 Executive Share option Scheme respectively.

The full amended text appears below:




Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority for a block
listing of 770,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to be admitted to the Official
List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to
trading.

These Ordinary Shares rank pari pasu with the existing issued shares of CLS.

Of these shares 690,000 are to be issued for future exercise of options under
the Company's unapproved share option scheme, the Unapproved Share Option
Scheme, and 80,000 of these shares are to be issued for future exercise of
options under the Company's approved share option scheme, the 1994 Executive
Share option Scheme.
