In the news release, Bull Run Corporation Announces Second Quarter Results,
issued earlier today by Bull Run Corporation (OTC:BULL) over PR Newswire, we
are advised by the company that in the table "Comparative Results of
Operations," the following items were misreported in the column "Six Months
Ended February 28, 2005": "Earnings (loss) per share available to common
stockholders, diluted," "Continuing operations," as well as the total of these
two lines.  Also misreported were the number of "Weighted average number of
common shares outstanding, diluted" in the same column.
