MILANO (MF-NW)--Mediobanca Securities conferma la raccomandazione outperform su Hera (-0,07% a 2,654 euro) dopo l'acquisizione per 137,5 mln euro di un ulteriore 15% della jv EstEnergy con Ascopiave, mediante la controllata Hera Comm, portando la partecipazione del gruppo al 75%. Gli analisti rilevano come il deal non abbia impatto sul valore di Hera in quanto EstEnergy è già interamente inclusa in perimetro, ma permette comunque il rafforzamento del suo posizionamento nel settore energy, dove Hera è al momento il terzo operatore per dimensioni con 3,8 mln di clienti.
