Giuliano Zuccoli, the chairman of the management board of Italian municipal utility A2A SpA (A2A.MI), has resigned, said a person familiar with the matter Wednesday.
Zuccoli has also resigned as chairman of Edison SpA (EDN.MI), which Electricite de France SA (EDF.FR) and A2A jointly control although they have agreed to part ways over the running of the electricity and natural gas company, the person said.
