TZ Limited (ASX:TZL), is pleased to announce the
appointment of Bernard Perrine as chief executive officer of its
subsidiary, Telezygology, Inc. (TZ Inc). Mr. Perrine succeeds Chris
Kelliher who was recently promoted to oversee the TZ Limited group of
companies as TZ Group CEO.
Prior to joining TZ Inc, Mr. Perrine served as general manager of
marketing for the Mobile and Embedded Devices Division at Microsoft
Corporation, where he was responsible for global sales and marketing
teams for Windows Mobile(TM) software for Pocket PCs, Smartphones and
embedded devices.
Before Microsoft, Mr. Perrine was a vice president at Eastman
Kodak, responsible for their global retail photofinishing business. He
also held several other management positions within Eastman Kodak
including vice president and general manager of OnSite Pictures (OSP),
and vice president of Output Marketing, for the U.S. and Canada
region.
Prior to Eastman Kodak, Mr. Perrine was a founding partner of
Kinko's Inc., where he began his career in 1985. During his tenure
with Kinko's, Mr. Perrine held several positions, most notably, vice
president, Branch Systems for Kinko's Worldwide.
"Bernard's considerable experience makes him well qualified for
this position," said Chris Kelliher, TZ Group CEO. "As the complexity
of the business increases, it is vital we have the best people and
talent to steer the course. The addition of Bernard to an already
capable and focused team is an important development for us.
Additionally, our collective management experience at Microsoft is
particularly relevant to our goal of establishing TZ software as the
industry standard for our Intelligent Fastening Technology."
