Sale of the business, assets and liabilities of Jardine Communications Limited
("Jardine")


The Company today announces the disposal of Jardine to Global Acquisitions
Limited for consideration of up to #193,179. Consideration comprises initial
cash consideration of #113,179 and further cash consideration of #80,000
contingent on the meeting of certain conditions. Jardine provides public
relations advice and consultancy services in connection with motorsport and
other sporting activities.

The unaudited net assets that are the subject of the disposal amount to
approximately #94,000. The last audited accounts of Jardine for the twelve
months ended 31 December 2001 show a profit before tax of #167,390 and net
assets of #424,616.

The Company has effected the disposal to improve its liquidity position. The
board continues to review a number of options regarding its future. A further
announcement will be made to shareholders in due course.
