Swedish engineering company Atlas Copco AB [ATCO-A.SK] said Friday it has sold its business related to self drilling anchors to Minova, a unit of Australian Orica Limited (ORI.AU).
MAIN FACTS:
-The parties have agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction.
-The divested business, which is based in Feistritz, Austria, has annual revenues of approximately SEK100 million.
-About 45 people are affected by the change of ownership, and will be offered employment by Minova.
-At 0806 GMT, shares were trading flat at SEK127.60.
