We are making good progress with our search for a new Chief Executive following
Mark McCafferty's resignation at the beginning of September.  Mark has agreed to
be available to the company until January 2004, however, he will step down from
the Board with effect from 1st November.  Pending the appointment of a new Chief
Executive, Alun Cathcart, who is currently Deputy Chairman and is a former Chief
Executive of the Company, has agreed to act as the interim Chief Executive.
