Launch of voyagerCann

Voyager, the health and wellness company supplying high-quality Cannabidiol (CBD), hemp seed oil and hemp-related products , is pleased to announce the launch of voyagerCann, its new bespoke skincare product creation and development division.

On 20 December 2021, Voyager announced the acquisition of Cannafull's brands and assets including its associated brand Ascend Skincare following the liquidation of Cannafull's parent company. Since then, Voyager has worked to re-establish trading in the business and is in the process of contacting Cannafull's customers and other potential customers offering a full turn-key service for the development and launch of new CBD skincare products. These include:

   --    Product formulations 
   --    White label solution 
   --    Manufacturing services 
   --    Product registration and regulatory compliance 
   --    Labelling and packaging solutions 
   --    Marketing and distribution 

This new business-to-business service will operate as an integral part of Voyager's existing business and customers will therefore be able to benefit from the Company's experience and presence in the UK's CBD and plant-based wellness sector. In particular, customers will have the opportunity to stock their products in Voyager's stores. As part of this integration, and in recognition that the relaunched operations will offer a far wider range of services and products than before, the Company has re-branded the division voyagerCann.

Initial responses have been positive and voyagerCann is currently in discussions with customers on an order book that, if concluded, would have an aggregate value of over GBP50,000.

Voyager will be presenting its voyagerCann operations at the White Label Expo and the CBD Show, both of which take place in London, in March 2022 and April 2022 respectively.

Further details of voyagerCann's offering are set out at www.voyagercann.com . voyagerCann products will be distinct to Voyager's existing range and will be bespoke for each customer. voyagerCann already has over 20 existing product formulations, all of which can be adjusted to suit a customer's specific requirements.

Over the coming months, Voyager will also re-launch Ascend Skincare, a multi award-winning luxury skincare brand. At the time of its acquisition, the brand had developed three botanical facial serums products, enhanced with natural, hemp-derived CBD . Voyager plans to supplement this range with further products during 2022. Ascend Skincare has previously received several positive reviews including a gold medal in the 2021 Free From Skincare Awards and winning all chosen categories in the 2021 Natural Health Beauty Awards. Further details on these plans will be announced in due course.

Attendance at two trade fairs this spring will give us further potential to meet and speak to many more prospective customers as we seek to become one of the leading developers of new CBD skincare products in the UK."
