Change of Name and Strategy

 

The Company (AQSE:MCAI) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from Pharma C Investments PLC to Mortgage Chat PLC. The change of name became effective on 24 January 2024.

 

Following the name change becoming effective, the Company's ticker symbol, under which its shares are traded on the AQSE Growth Market, will be changed to "MCAI".

 

Pursuant to the notice of General Meeting dated 24 November 2023 and the announcement made on 22 December 2023, the Company will make further announcements regarding its strategy and board appointments in due course. 

 

The Directors of the Company take responsibility for this announcement.
