The award of the Options brings the total options held by Yeturu Aahlad to 350,000, being 0.3% of issued share capital, 380,000 options held by Paul Scott-Murphy, being 0.3% of the issued share capital, 323,334 options held by Justin Holtzinger, being 0.3% of the issued share capital, and 277,500 options held by Larry Webster, being 0.2% of the issued share capital. The Company's Remuneration Committee has approved the awards and regards long term incentives as an important part of the remuneration of members of the leadership team to align them with shareholder interests.
