ASSOCIATED BRITISH PORTS - SHARE INCENTIVE PLAN

Associated British Ports Holdings PLC wishes to announce that the trustee of its
Share Incentive Plan (Computershare Trustees Limited) has today acquired 280,345
shares at a price of #3.99 for the employees of ABPH.

The shares will be held in trust for five years.

Bo Lerenius and Richard Adam are participating in the Plan and accordingly have
been allocated 156 shares each. (Please see the accompanying directors'
announcements).
