NOTIFICATION UNDER PART VI OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985 (AS AMENDED BY THE

I write to advise that Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Ltd, is interested 
in 16,486,194 ordinary shares of the above mentioned company. Of this interest,
