American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of Solitario Resources Corporation

NEW YORK, Aug. 11  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Solitario Resources Corporation, under the trading symbol XPL.

Located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, Solitario Resources Corporation engages principally in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company has mineral properties that are located in Mexico, Brazil, Bolivia and Peru.
