WidePoint Subsidiary iSYS Receives Task Order From U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- WidePoint Corporation (NYSE Mkt: WYY), a leading provider of Managed Mobility Services (MMS) featuring Cybersecurity and Telecommunications Lifecycle Management (TLM) solutions, announced today that WidePoint subsidiary iSYS LLC has received a new Task Order under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cellular Wireless Managed Services (CWMS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The total value of this Task Order, placed by DHS component U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS), is $23.4 million with one base year and four option year periods.

This is the fourth Task Order iSYS has received under the DHS CWMS Blanket Purchase Agreement to date. Prior orders were placed by DHS components Federal Protective Services (FPS) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). A third order was placed by DHS Headquarters.

iSYS is the sole awardee of the DHS-wide Cellular Wireless Managed Services BPA. WidePoint continues to actively engage other components to communicate the benefits of the managed mobility services available to them under the BPA.
