Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On March 21, 2019, WidePoint Corporation (the “Company”) conducted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2018.  A copy of the transcript of such conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

 

In addition, on March 21, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2018.  A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
