This Post-Effective Amendment (“PEA”) No. 265 to the Registration Statement for The RBB Fund, Inc. (the “Company”) on Form N-1A hereby incorporates Parts A, B and C from the Company’s PEA No. 264 on Form N-1A filed on April 28, 2020. This PEA No. 265 is filed for the sole purpose of submitting the XBRL exhibits for the risk/return summaries first provided in PEA No. 264 to the Company’s Registration Statement.
