(1)	The exercise price was converted from CAD 1.31 to USD1.09, based on the May 25, 2021 exchange rate as quoted by the Bank of Canada. The exercise price is the actual Canadian dollar amount regardless of the exchange rate on the date of exercise.
(2)	The reported deferred stock units (DSU) vested in full on the date of grant and the Reporting Person will receive the common shares underlying the DSU upon the Reporting Person???s end of service as a Director.
