                              AGM STATEMENT



At today's Annual General Meeting, John Harvey, CBE, Chairman will say:



"We are pleased with the Group's progress since the start of the year and
confirm that trading has been in line with market expectations, despite the
challenging trading environment in Mainland Europe.



The Group has won a number of important long-term contracts with substantial
customers, such as Homebase, Kimberly Clark, Levi Strauss and Tesco, some
deferred from last year.  This new business will contribute additional
annualised gross revenue of  #92 million, which will more than offset the
discontinued Marks and Spencer contracts.  The majority of this new business
will commence in the second half."
