Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. Announces Listing on AMEX

Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. (AMEX:SVL) today announced that
its common stock, $0.01 par value, has been accepted for trading on
the American Stock Exchange, and is expected to begin trading on
Monday under the ticker symbol SVL.
   Based in Dallas, Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. currently owns and
operates 13 timeshare resorts in various stages of development.
Silverleaf Resorts offers a wide array of country club-like amenities,
such as golf, swimming, horseback riding, boating, and many organized
activities for children and adults.
